21 days since my last cig Was really tempted on Saturday evening and sat on the sofa with a face like thunder. Fortunately the kids must have picked up on this and gave me a wide berth.

Still managed to resist and although dreamt about smoking on Sat night (which was really weird!!!), by Sunday I was fine again.

Hope everybody else is coping OK.

Been CT for 11 days now.

3 weeks is a great great achievement, cravings are still to be expected but you overcame them and that is the main thing.

I had a smoking dream last night too and woke up worried that I had smoked, obv part of the quit those dreams
