Hooray Boo! I'm free of the want a lot of the time now - although I do still get cravings that smack me upside the head and leave me reeling, I'd say they're only coming along every three days or so, on average.

And when I do get cravings they don't matter so much, because now I can feel such a physical benefit from being smoke free, and it all seems worthwhile.

Oh, this was a good decision, wasn't it?

Not what you're looking for?
