Hi all well made it to 3 weeks and i still feel I'll but loving the fact that I have made it this far.
Still have really bad cough and feel bit yuk but I not going to let that get in the way.
I have my quit kit check chart on cupboard and my son ticks it of day by day for me and said to me that was really proud of me which made me feel much better about what I am doing.
I am still on high dose patches and now and then use inhalator but not as much as the beginning.
