Well done on completing your first week:D

You'll get good days and bad for cravings but the good will start to outweigh the bad eventually. It's a case of riding the storm of the bad days, remember why you quit, stay focused and push forward....... to infinity and beyond;)

Hi Lyn - yep, you're nicotene free now (unless you're using NRT). It's all in the mind from now on. It comes as a surprise to a lot of us just how powerful the mind can be though, the psychological cravings can be just as powerful and feel just as physical as the nicotene withdrawal.

As Pete says, you just have to power on through the bad days, and gradually it eases up.

Keep going on your quit, read lots to help re-educate your mind, you can do this!!

reading over your first posts help...remembering why you're doing this. Strengthening your resolve is most of the battle I think.

:) Well done!
