omg day 7!!

Wow, can't believe its day 7 already. I woke up this morning feeling refreshed, which isnt like me first thing in the morning lol. Cup of coffee, breakfast, shower and I'm ready.

I'm ready for the new life I'm leading - Im totally feeling the benefits - not coughing so much anymore, more energy - I feel alive!!

Just thinking. I dont have that smell anymore - my breath smells fresh, my clothes r getting there but starting 2 smell a whole lot better. I've got nearly £40 in my jar, which is going towards new trainers!

Why didn't I do this before? I feel great
