well as the title says its day 26 and i am still here,just.

i got through my first social occation with smokers,just.

i wouldnt say its getting easier,i feel resigned to it,like a hospital appointment or the dentist.

my target is next tuesday as it will be the 1st time i have seen the nurse.i want to stay smoke free till then.
