Hi All, This is my first day of my latest quit. I was wondering if anyone would like to buddy up with me? I have never quit with a buddy before and it always seems to me like a personal battle in my head. If you are looking for a pal then give me a shout.

Hi Gav,

I don't know if there's anyone else here starting today, but what I've found is EVERYONE on here is a buddy. Those who are ahead of you can give you support and encouragement about how much easier it gets further along the road. There are plenty in the early days of quitting and this is a great place to come when you need to vent or to celebrate. And before you know it you'll be encouraging people who are starting out on the road behind you.

We're all in it together. And it makes all the difference.
