Hi All

Well ive reached day 14 , two whole weeks without a cig , got to admit though its getting harder , been abit crabbit  struggling round about people who smoke, i guess thats how i smelled to a non smoker , going into the shops paying for the messages, i just starred transfixed to the big packets of golden Virgina started thinking one will not hurt as a recovering alcoholic i should know that one by now , it just seemed to me everything reminded me of a cig the whole 24 hrs, still made it and treated myself to another two tenners thats £40 in the wallet after 2 weeks i usually pay £21 a week on black market tobacco so ive saved the money and put it in my wallet which is usually empty one way to beat the recession :) it seems the old good thing the now about stopping smoking is ive got money in the hip

all the best

Rab
