No nicotine from tomorrow morning

Well, tomorrow morning will be my first in 10 weeks without a patch on. In three days all the nicotine should be out of my body and in two weeks all the metabolites will be.

Hopefully the transition will be a smooth one!

Thanks for replies.

Yesterday was fine and today has been fine so far, but last night I just could not sleep at all. I am assuming it's a reaction to having no nicotine intake yesterday, but I hope it doesn't happen again tonight!!!
