Just checking in on day 9 dont no wat to say really just getting on with it trying to get the job done ,its been 9 days the nicotine has gone the cravings are getting less and more doable ,i competely understand that this battle is far from over and i am on parole for the rest of my life i can not afford to take another puff. good luck to the rest of you who are still quit keep up the good work

well done and you certainly have to keep an eye out for the nic demon :eek: he is always lurking around somewhere trying to catch us out i find just ignoring him is best abit like a child having a temper tantrum
