Just checking in on day 9 dont no wat to say really just getting on with it trying to get the job done ,its been 9 days the nicotine has gone the cravings are getting less and more doable ,i competely understand that this battle is far from over and i am on parole for the rest of my life i can not afford to take another puff. good luck to the rest of you who are still quit keep up the good work

well done :) and you certainly have to keep an eye out for the nic demon :eek: he is always lurking around somewhere trying to catch us out i find just ignoring him is best abit like a child having a temper tantrum
