Day 2 - smoke free but cranky and tired

I had an awful sleep last night. I used a relaxation download before I went to sleep but it didn't help much. I went for a run this morning. My first one in months, since I started smoking again. Coughed up a lot of gunge but I am hoping the physical activity will help me sleep.

Kept busy this morning doing my ironing and some housework. I feel a bit short tempered but I am trying to take deep breaths and avoid biting the boys heads off.

  • Ooh i remember day 2 :eek: keep going your doing fab, the more positive you syat the more this will help, keep thinking REALLY positive things, stay focused on how soon this will all be behind you as long as you don't cave.....keep going well done :):cool:
