My name is Greg, and I am a nicotine addict.

I have been stopped smoking for 1 year, 10 Months

I've not smoked 26828 cigarettes, and saved £8,136.45.

I've saved 93 days, 3 hours and 39 minutes of my life.

...One of the hardest things to do - but one of the easiest descisions to make.

Doc says - If you dont stop smoking you will be back in hospital with a full blown heart attack in 18 months !!!!

You are a typical person who all smokers and quitters to be can look up to you what you had achieved. There is no better feeling than beating your inner demon of cravings and prove it that you don't need him/her. Hope you enjoy life better than ever and keep posting here to give strenght to others to quit. Well done Greg!!!!
