Hey Dav, dont appologise for being late, its Chriggy Day and I am so amazed that sooooo many have taken the time to come on and give me the best chriggy present I could wish for, the support from so many on this forum that has carried me through to a fantastic 12 Months of not smoking.

Woop Woop too Snow, I am still finding it hard to believe that I am finally past what I saw to be the most difficult part of any quit, well mine at least, getting to the year milestone seemed totally unachievable and here I am, for all of you on the forum that have just started or who are rambling down the smoke free road, then I can tell you that it is so possible and although there will be ups and downs and times when you think it is easier to light up than to say no I don’t need a cig, don’t give in its not easier.

There will come a point in your new smoke free life when it all falls into place and at last you will feel comfortable about being a non smoker.

Hang in there and have a brilliant smoke free 2011.
