Wotcha all!

This is the first time I've posted in these here parts for quite some time; those of you know do know me have probably noticed that my last quite didn't go too well :P

Well I'm back and this time all seems to be going well as I've reached day 10 without too much trauma.

Once again cold turkey but with the added incentive of having a baby at home now. I've not smoked since the day she came home from special care.

Bloody marvellous, Mart....the baby!!

Now make sure and keep your 'quite' quite quite up to the point that it becomes a quit.

You should get in quick and trademark this style of added incentivised quitting technique :)
