Do you know what..... i could quite literally light up right now!!!

But it wont do any good...

WHY??

1. Because even though im as stressed as can be, i know that one puff wont do anything!

2. Do i really want to start spending money on fags again, when my stupid gear box has gone on my car and i am looking at around £1000 to fix it :mad::mad:

Geeeeeee i am sooooooooo mad!!!

Oh and to top off how i am feeling my little niece was playing with her daddy's phone and pleaded with her mum, to ring her daddy and make him come back home again!!!

So sorry to hear about your car. Its so crap when things like that happen. Will still be busted if you smoke though, and you will have less money to pay for the repair as you will be spending it all on smoking!!

Take 5 mins out to have a tea/coffee, sit down think about breathing in and out and then look at it all again.

Oh chick...so sorry to hear you're having a really shit day. But remember, smoking won't change anything...if its a shit day, it'll still be shit, and you will have just started your addiction all over again, making it doubly as shit.

Oh Hun, You really are having a poop of a day. Stay focused, scream, shout, stamp your feet but please dont have a cig, as its been pointed out already it wont make matters any better and you will feel like crap afterwards for letting yourself down.

Sorry all for that rant

sometimes feel like i am going to explode and the only way to let it out is by venting it in writing:mad:

I still really really fancy lighting up, that feeling i know will be around for ages, regardless if i am stressed or not.

I have already lost two shifts at work this week, as i was worried about taking clients in my car and now it looks like i will have to cancel next weeks shifts as well *sigh*

So not only am i having to pay out a fortune, i am not making the money to help out!!

Am feeling slightly calmer, just had an hour in the car relaxing, reading my book!! and the kids didnt even disturb me :eek:

I have still got a night shift tonight, so least i have some work.

Oh that nasty Nic, he tried to get me when my car door got smashed in during the strong winds two weeks ago.

He tried to tell me he would be able to fix it and make all my problems go away, but then I pointed out he was just a white stick who had no knowledge of panel beating so how could he?

I doubt very much he'd have any more luck being able to fix your gearbox!

Sorry snow that you have a naughty car, we all get the bad zones while we are quitting but things will get better. I did have visions of you sitting in your car "relaxing" dont think so do you, freezing more like but glad you got past it and that you are still smoke free.
