Tough Day

Hello all

Just when things couldn't be going better, no cravings, Today has been a nightmare, i have had strong cravings all day, i have done so much around the house, all those little jobs that never get done, I even had to dash out in the rain to shops for bloody wine gums, and biscuits. im now sitting down trying to relax with a very large strong coffee, and yeah wine gums lol, but whatever helps me to get through today, i WILL DO

Just do what you can to get through today and tomorrow will be easier. I know it is tough now but it does get easier I promise.

I've been told ice cold water can help with cravings but I also found that really hot tea also helps (not a big water drinker)

Just take it one minute, one hour, one day at a time.
