Hi,
I have noticed today that both my arms (particularly the left one) feel horrid. It feels almost achy, like someone is pulling on my arms and nothing makes it go away! My legs are beginning to feel like it too - please tell me this is not going to last long as it feels horrible - like restless legs and arms that sometimes stop you sleeping????

Just saw this post and realised no one else answered it for you 
Anyhow, hope that the weird feeling has gone now.
All i have had is back ache when i wake up now as i seem to sleep longer and deeper and so laying in bed too long makes me wake with a nagging pain, i have also on occasion woke with a terrible stiffness and pain in my shoulder but i dont think they are related to the stopped smoking bit though.
Anyhow, how are things going today for you. All ok for me, im on day 7 now, yep One Week, time has flown for this first week.
