Day 6

Well everyone,

Six days down the line.

Yes I am pleased but still feel unsure if I will continue to be smoke free.

I do take it one day at a time and try to stay positive,but dare I say it I miss smoking,I was a smoker for over 25 years mostly roll ups.Living with non smokers ,take a lot of walks.

What is always there is really want a cig,does anyone else have these longings.

Hi Tell.

Just though I would say well done,as no one else has bothered to say anything to my post other than look.

Today as I said has been hard enjoyed most of it but feel out on a limb.
