Hi all well i made it to day 7 at last and i do feel great...
My partner at work who was meant to be giving up with me gave in and had a cig but i said no and got on with my work - felt so great saying no and i had to watch her smoke it but it did not really bother me.
Having a few restless moments and picking at few foods i shouldnt but i am proud to say i have made 7 days i just praying that it does get easier....

Well done Emma!! You're doing great. Shame about your partner caving but you can do this. I'm only two days behind you and already I've found things a *little* easier. Stay strong!!

I don't think I could have done this as my main, cheap, totally easy drive for me was that I'm just not buying any new cigs. So, if somebody would offer me... not too sure what I would do 
I have been around smokers and it didn't bother me at all, I barely even noticed as the smell is so familiar for me, but I didn't associate it with me, neat!
Day 7 here today for me.
