25 days into my quit and all's well - I hope all you people who quit around the same time as myself (end of August) are still off the ciggies.
The cravings are getting fewer and further apart and I'm not constantly thinking about smoking, but as a side effect (if you can call it that) I've not thought about the forum or logged in for days.
I was thinking about this and the fact that I haven't posted anything for a quite a while, and it dawned on me that, hey, that's what normal non-smoking people do i.e. they don't have a need to post onto quit smoking forums - Of course it's not that simple so I'll keep an eye on the posts and maybe try and help where I can but I can't see me posting any more unless the cravings come back with a vengeance.

hi RDN, congratultions on the move back to reality sounds like you are doing something right if the cravings are disappearing. in tales from the quit kevin writes about strong quits being because the quitter has dealt with the undelying reason they smoked, could be that you have done that?
anyway, now for the real reason i'm posting, 30+3=25!
