Hi everyone
Im so glad to have made it to 1 year on 29/9/10. Not quite sure where this last year has gone though. To any newbies reading this, it really is do-able. You have to just keep taking one day at a time. Thanks to everyone on here who communicated directly with me and for all the others who had no idea how much they contributed to my success with their written words.

The one day at a time certainly applied to me for a while back in the beginning. The last 6 months were so much easier and continued to get easier too and your right, the year on a whole seems to have fled by.
