I knew there was something significant about todays date.
Something about it kept niggling at my brain, couldn't quite put my finger on it!!
Was really busy today, up at 6.00am to take my son to work, 75 mins round trip. Back home to get showered and take my daughter and neice to school. Then the usual running around like a headless chicken for the rest of the day.
I finally figured it out at 7.30 this evening, when I sat down with a wee cuppa and the paper....... it's been 2 years today!!!!!!!
YEP 2 YEARS TODAY!!
All you peeps out there on your 1st day , 1st week or 1st year...believe me when I say...
YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!
And when you get to a couple of years you will also be saying - "what was the big deal??!! the money I spent was criminal and the damage I potentially did to my lungs is not even worth thinking about!!!!
Good luck all you quitters
YOU CAN DO IT
xoxoxo

Well done Annasmummy. Two years is great, and from someone who was frightened to death to try stopping smoking, your post shows that it is true, if I can do it you can. David
Brilliant! Well done you. I too never thought I could and took inspiration from the longer quit posts. Its true. The longer you're quit, the easier it becomes.
