Week 4 started

Hi,

Just joined forum tonight on the advice of a member at work. I stopped on the 6th Sept 2010 and have not a fag since although have been very close. Take a drink of water or taking the dog for a walk.

Have to say though....it hasnt all been rosey...but we have got there (here).
