crave, crave,go away!!: started my Eciggy... - No Smoking Day
crave,crave,go away!!
be active
I would recommend you to get out and do something else. Think of going to the cinema or a walk to the shopping mall.
My friend's mum finds the eciggy really helpful, she's trying to reduce her smoking and she's managed to smoke 1 pack per day instead of 2.
How do you find it?
I personally don't want to use it cos I'm trying to break the habit and not even do the gesture or the action of smoking. It's hard after 16 years but it's not impossible I missed having a puff but the cold turkey is over now.
Be strong and remember why you've quitted.

Hi, could I just ask the obvious question, what are you craving?
Bioresonance
Hi guys
I tried 2 months ago in Manchester that bioresonance therapy it cost me only 85 quid, and I'm still not smoking
It wasn't too hard to quit, but you need to know, you have to overcome your habit. That is your job doesn't matter what therapy you try the machine or the hypnotzer won't block your hand. You need to do. If you cant give up your habits don't try It won't work. Otherwise that bioresonance helps me a lot I wasn't suffering from nicotine addiction any more .
I don't know about the others why so expensive but this one it worked for me.

Ditto. I don't want to replace one addiction with another. I've noticed I'm moisturising my hands more but I'm not sure that could be considered an addiction

Thats what I used this time...bioresonance with hypnotherapy combined and yes I agree with you it does make it easier and yes it is expensive but well worth it. It did sound a bit star treky and I was very sceptical about the whole thing but it is a very very weird feeling. The first few weeks were a bit of a breeze compared to previous attempts at quitting but the last week or so as been a bit more difficult and whilst I have been having a few craves particular on the ones I enjoyed the most. But I am reading and reading me and trying to help others as it helps me to reinforce my quit. At the end of the day there is no magic cure and whatever method used we have to work at it as someone said on here, we have to nuture and care for our quits - so true...
Well done all hang in there and keep strong - easier said than done at times (I know) but you will all get there
