Hi,

I'm 20 and 5 years of them I've spent for smoking.. I broke it 3 weeks ago but seems my depression doesn't want to end. I'll try something from psycho-substanses but don't know is it safe?

Looking forward to these substances search I've found first and second from (Mod 2 removed link as Spam)

Does anybody used it?

Thanks if any..

Hi Rebecca.

Is there some mistake? You appear to have posted a link to a site selling valium.

Keep reading in this forum

Hi Rebecca, and well done for taking the decission to quit smoking and I am sorry to hear that you are felling depressed, but unfortunately depression or as some people say "feeling down" is one of the things that we go through when we quit smoking and please beleive me that having a cigarette will not help. If you read some of my posts you will see that I suffered badly with depression after I quit in fact it has lasted longer than most quiters experienced. If it does not stop after a few days you must see your GP who will advise you but please don't use any drugs bought from the internet. You might want to talk to your Doctor about St Johns Wart which seems to have helped many people with mild depression and can be purchased over the counter at most Health food shops, but remember to talk to your doctor first.

Keep going with your quit Rebecca and read and write on this site and let us know how you are doing.

Thanks a lot for understanding, Dannyboy55, I'll continue reading this forum, there are tons of usefull info.

pleiades12001, yes, in link the first site I found that describes different pharms..

Seems I will not use it, 'cos it expensive and bad for health I believe.."smoking pain" is not so big to use them

Thanks again, guys :-*

Hi Rebecca,

Just wanted to echo everything that Dannyboy has said. The smoking addiction and the battle to get over it is bad enough without stepping into the world of anti-depressants and drugs that are equally likely to hook you for life. Please do not go down this road, it's an ugly one. At the end of the day, it'd be a case of replacing one addiction with another as you're still at a very fragile point in your quit - especially if you're depressed.

St. John's Wort is a fantastic product, I've recommended it amongst other herbal remedies to so many friends and family members. You do need to be totally free of any other medication for it to work efficiently; in fact, it can be dangerous to take St John's Wort while on any medication. If you still feel depressed, do give it a go. Anything is worth a try.

I hope you come back and let us know how you are and how the quit is going.
