Holy cow, its gone so quickly! I cant quite believe it.
I seem to be moving threads rapidly, i day, 1 week, 2 weeks, a month, now i will be moving on to the 2 month thread as from 9th September!
I am finding things are getting easier now..but today the kids are back at school (well, 1 is still at home due to being ill), and its funny how old habits die hard!
After dropping the kids at school, i always used to come home and have a coffee and ciggie...but no more! It was the first thing i fancied after my older son walked off to school this morning..lol, but i had a good laugh to myself about it, and am super super super happy and proud of myself that i have it this far!
I hope you are all having a lovely Monday morning!

My friend (and a few other people) have been questioning my lack of struggling with quitting.
Well, first of all, i can say that i am NOT expecting it to stay this 'easy'. I have been told that some people find it quite 'easy' in the first couple of months, then really struggle a few months after..maybe that will be me!
Second of all, the KEY to my success (thus far) is to learn and VERY DEEP hatred of Nicotine, and i mean HATE IT WITH A PASSION. See it as the enemy, the worst thing in the world, and therefore you will want it less.
I see it as a game..who will wine, me or Nicodemon, and me being me (very competitive) i refuse to lose!
Anyway, sorry for rambling on and on, i am trying to take my mind off this awful tummy bug that me and the kids have!!
