Well today has been one of the most stressful days so far. But with thanks to my girlfriend i havent had anything to smoke. Even though i was really close to breaking point she told me no, and i am very happy that i havent.

Congratulations Rampage for staying strong!

There may be a few more bad days in there, but just remember that when the feelings pass - you will feel better for not smoking and you can look forward to all the good days smoke free!!!

Stick with it. Yes it is tough and i know the urge to smoke can be really strong but you have to go with it. I remember the mind games really suck and caused havoc in my life lol. Now, i am over it and it feels wonderful but it took some crap to get over it in the beginning. Stay strong and be one of lifes stronger ones hey.

Thanks fallen angel,

It helps being able to come on here and talk to people who have been throught the same as i me. Some non-smokers just annoy me, when they say i dont know what the big fuss is about its really easy..I fell like saying to them why dont you smoke 20 a day for 5 years and try and quit, see how easy it is, lol.

The support i get from this forum has been really good.:D
