Spots!!

Hi Ladies and Gents,

i am just wondering if i am the only one who has broken out in spots? I am on day 6 (yay-go me!!!) and have woken up with spots on my face!

I am outting it down to all the toxins getting out of my system, and of course i dont mind the spots because i would rather have spots for a few weeks than have a horrible disease caused by smoking!!

Its just irritating!!

LOL.....irritating but GOOD....you are right it is the toxins Hun...

Your body is going through a major upheaval it will take its time to adjust....but your skin will positivity glow soon I promise... Oh and your hair will get shinier, your teeth will get whiter and you will smell and taste things you never did before....not overnight but it will happen.

It is strange all the things your body will go through but try to embrace them as one step nearer the freedom from cigs....

Day 6.....get in there.... that's a WEEK tomorrow...hey counting in weeks next you are.

I noticed that too around day 5/6 (two-three days back). Nothing severe or like a teenager, touch wood, but just a few sort of 'shaving bump' spots in places I don't shave (on my face).

Hi Guys,

Just thought I would let you know, I had the same panic earlier I found spots all over my chest, I put it down to not smoking straight away.

I am on day 22 and havent noticed them before now, I did however have a few on my face. Rather spots than nicotine though

Phew, i'm not the only one then, thanks god for that!!

They are now on my legs! I am still putting it down to quitting, as nothing else has changed in my life to bring it about!

Never mind, still better than the horrible ciggies!!
