Think I'm on day 6, thinking and remembering seem to be a problem today. My brain just won't work! Can't even think of anything to say, feeling ok-ish a bit snappy today, but two children off school for six weeks isn't the best tester for my nicotine free life.
Overall I should be chuffed, cause compared to the last few times I quit, Im doing bloody well even if I do say so myself, friends and family are still talking to me, so that's a great start.
need abit more positivity, me thinks. One for me to work on tomorrow.

6 days is almost a week..i have to agree with you on the kid thing..all i say to myself is that I can do things now & not be in a rush to get home & smoke...which gives me a huge buzz....like i went the pictures last week..which cud have been a inconvenient ordeal for me when i was a smoker..& probably woudnt have gone..or hated it
Think of the good side ....it helps ....your doing well
