Well today has gone ok, for some reason quitting this time has been easier both physically and mentally than last time, I'm waiting for the catch. Ha.

Thanks to everyone for their words of support over the last few days, it has made an immense difference to me and my recovery of my baddd cold, ha!

Feeling a little flat today hope this is not the start of the crazyness!!!

Oh well, happy Sunday everyone, tomorrows a bright new day. X

Hi Jellie,

glad today has gone well. nearly a week done now :)

I remember the feeling of flatness too. but try to remember that feeling low happens anyway regardless of quitting:(

I have blamed everything these days on the quit-bad mood, amnesia and insomnia-and plain crazy some days;)

you are doing fine -keep posting xx

Thanks for the reassurance, I have promised myself to post daily, even if I have nothing much to say, gosh that will be a boring read, ha but oh well I did promise myself! X

Hi, maybe this time there will be no catch, maybe this time your quit will be easy and before you know it you will be celebrating a year? Gotta hope :D

Tomorrow is indeed a brand new sparkling day and you are well on your way to a week, well done.

Hi Jellie

Post daily - it does help and keeps you focused. Take one day at a time and give yourself a huge pat on the back at the end of each day. Sometimes you will feel a little low but all the good days will soon make up for it cos you will have good days. You're fast approaching the end of your first week - how cool is that? :D

Just turned round to ask about medal of honor, and he is designing a chair?!!!!!!!! On the pc, huh? and I'm supposed to be impressed! I asked him what he was thinking about the other day, the answer was................fractions?! Omg I love the biggest geek in town!

His next xbox thing will be call of duty black opps!? Or somthing! Out near Xmas, that's him sorted then, if I must,!???? I'm tempted to buy him socks instead! :-)
