Hi Deano

Well done Deano. You sound well and on track. Did you quit CT?

In 6 months from now I hope we can look back and say "what was that all about"?

Good luck

Andrew

Cheers as always Bradders. Yes andrew CT , i'v tried just about everything else on the market, and thought why not go cold turkey? To be honest the illness i'v gone through are much the same as using NRT,no different for me. Maybe its not just the nicotine that makes us feel ill! its all the other crap as well? It's a battle no one said it was going to be easy, but we will do it, good luck.

Look at it this way you have chose to do this, Use that as a mind set ...i choose not to smoke, wake up every morning and think "do i want to smoke today ...nahhh...." thats it done for the day .................. not gonna be easy and don't ever kid yourself it is ...it is the worse thing in the world to go through addiction withdrawal ............. but you can do it after all you are saving your life by going through a bit of pain ..............,

Not what you're looking for?
