Bl***y well done to you. 12 months with no blips is fantastic. I am sure you have already been welcomed warmly to the penthouse where you so deserve to be.
Seriously though, this is a hard thing to do, we all know that. I managed 2 years once & unfortunately could not ignore the call any longer though I did try for months.
You keep up this fantastic work & make it a quit for life.
