Just realised that it was my calendar 6 month's anniversary on 13th July - can't believe I've made it this far - whoohoo
Just want to say to all that are still struggling in the early stages, it really does get easier and I feel so much better for having kicked the nasty habit. Although month 4 was a struggle, I am so glad that I made it through without giving in, imagine if i had had to go back to day 1 again, would have been awful, all that hard work thrown away.
I have been through most things in the past six months, and I really have to re-iterate that going back to smoking would not have made any of the problems go away, just added a new one of having given in.
Stay strong everyone, it's soooooo worth it
