So I've just started my 4th month...wow.

Just some observations, I've noticed my extremely bloated belly start to decline slowly, energy levels risen incredibly compared to the start of my quit, and im having raw muscle aches like I havn't used them in ages. I guess the blood has so much more oxygen which the muscles are receiving, not only muscles, joints etc.

I'm working out a bit ;)

Cheers Brad thanks for the nice comments.

I am VERY proud of myself! This is now the unforeseeable future that I could never imagine at the start of my quit, and everyday that passes just gets better and easier.

So many times now I have overcome temptation, not fallen to the cigarette demons in those times of stress. And the working out makes me feel so good, altho I'm too lazy to go running as much I really should.

Also to any newbies that read this, DRINK WATER.

Hi Alexis, so glad you have entered the month that as far as I’m concerned is maybe the turning point that makes your journey to staying smoke free and feeling good so much easier.

I too have suffered the muscle aches from month four and sometimes they ache all day but I’m sure that this will clear eventually, exercise will help and if you see my links then you will see I also agree with the water advice and discovered it at about 2 months, keep strong and focused and good luck x
