Day 13 - not drawing any attention to myself

Today and tomorrow are my two days in London so keeping my head down and looking forward to going back home to my baby on Tuesday night where no one smokes around me. Yesterday was fine after my blip on Saturday, thank you all for your support.

I spent the day with my in laws yesterday who both smoke like chimneys - wasn't easy but tbh it just does not smell nice does it?

Day 13 is just great zmc78...take the saturday smoke out ure head now & move on....

Hi Zena sorry I didnt see your blip so I will act like it never happened, well done for 13 days and keep possitive, possitive you want blip again as you obviously dont want to smoke or you wouldnt be still with us, hope you and yours are all well and enjoynig the good weather and having a good couple of days at work xx
