I think I can actually say (without lying!) that it's finally got EASY (easiER anyway....). Months 3 - 5 were a bit tricky - I was on the verge of caving in for most of them and wondering if there was any point if the depression was never going to lift....

But - I'm round that corner now!

I had one of the most stressful days ever at work on Friday, and didn't even think about smoking until someone who'd forgot that I quit suggested I go out for a smoke (of course I didn't!). Then as I was getting off the bus, a woman getting ON the bus dropped a whole fag that she'd just lit on the floor to get ON the bus..... 2/3 months ago, I would've been a tramp and picked it up and smoked it , on Friday, I stood on it and stubbed it out! :cool:

Pol, I'll have you know I was on the winning side for badminton TWICE last week - although the shuttlecock DID bounce off my head a couple of times, went down my top once, and I caught it with my hand instead of hitting it with the racket once........
