Im still quit :) i still think about them everyday but less and less with each passing week.

There have been a couple of occasions recently that would've normally had me reaching for the fags asap, I was very happily surprised that smoking just didnt occur to me during these events.

Ever vigilant

David

A THIRD OF A YEAR

Well done Mini you deserve a major pat on the back, feeling as you do it makes it all so worth it doesnt it, and as we go along the road it will get easier and easier Im sure, we will I suppose think about them for a long while but you cannot just stop something you have maybe done for years and it not effect us, onwards and upwards is the way to go which is ok if you dont mind heights which I do :D

brilliant

Fantastic stuff, mini, well done!

I'm just 13 short days behind you, will be celebrating 4 months a week on Friday. And I'm also called David. How cool is that? :D

Like you, I've had some stuff happen to me recently that left me feeling seriously, seriously angry and frustrated. It wasn't until I'd calmed down (several hours later) that my thoughts turned to cigarettes, and even then it was only to think "it never occurred to me to smoke!". Surely a sign that it gets easier with time!

Keep it up...
