I dont think iv even been on this site once in the last three months. But whatever im now 6 months clear. I wish the people didn't propogate the lie (in my opinion) that quiting is hard. to be honest its a cake walk for me ever since day 4. People all aways saying how hard it is put me off quiting for quite a while, until I ran out of expendable money (not related to smoking but something had to be tossed to save money).

Well Done Karas 6 Months and finding it so easy, bet there are loads on here who envy you as most find that no matter what method they use they still have the odd crave, you have been so lucky so roll on your next 6 months crave free and into the Penthouse.
