I love the fact my little boy smiles and says, "My mum doesn't smoke anymore", absolutely priceless. I also love my little money tin getting heavier. I love being able to breathe properly, this is to name but a few, the list would be endless :D

I love the fact that I can smell things - spent the day pottering in the garden yesterday and noticed I could smell herbs properly for the first time :o

I love not having a wheezy chest and not having a cough but mostly I love not spending my days worrying about when I can have my next fix

And well done on day 4 you're doing great :)

Thanks Guys. I also love not having to jump up from the dinner table for a fix. Can have an after-dinner conversation like a normal person............

Day 4 and this is my first day at work (quit on Friday which was public holiday). Definitely different and a little more difficult as my work is 'smoker-friendly'. Keeping my head down.............

Hell, thats tough working in a smoker friendly environment. Hang in there. I suppose soon the smell of all the smoke will start to act as a positive motivation. Keep it up.

looking forward though to hating the smell of smoking . At moment still like a sniffer dog when I scent a smoker around

Yeah I actually live in a smoker-friendly country, Malaysia. Can smoke basically anywhere. Restaurants etc. Still, no excuse not to give up though.

No extra taxes

I like not paying ridiculous taxes on a drug that should be available at the chemist for free!!! Mind you , if fags were on tap, we'd all be hooked!! But at least i am not having to cough up even more for financing a moat or a toilet brush for a greedy mp.

I love not feeling controlled by a funny looking stick! My skin looks much more healthy despite the new 'stop smoking spots' which I have been assured will go away thank god!

Some people may not agree with this one, but I really love the fact that I have extra time on my hands. I know it may make it harder to resist having a crafty fag when you've got nothing to do... but I really don't know how I managed to make time for fag breaks before!

Plus I don't small like an ash tray and food tastes AMAZING! :D
