No bank holiday for me in South Africa, but luckily I love my work! Having a really relaxing Sunday. Lovely capuchino to start day, then going to settle in to watch the grand prix and the cricket: SA versus West Indies.

Also taking some very deep breathes, which is something I havnt been able to do for a very long time

I too am going to watch the Grand Prix I love it! My money is on Mclaren this weekend, I can't be doing with Vettel, he isnt a good sportsman-never accepts responsibility and always passing the blame. Webber is doing well though this season so we will have to see...Alonso and Hamilton are my faves, Alonso not done much though up to now, been quite unlucky hasnt he.
