7 months!!

a rare visit from me just after getting to 7 months. I feel very well, never think about fags anymore and I seem to have found a balance in my life and I even find myself smiling for no reason sometimes

I'm so proud of this achievement and can definitely say this year is a rebirth on so many levels ... over half a year done :cool:

Big congratulations on 7 months!!! hasn't time REALLY flown though, i remember like it was only a month or two back that the octoquitters stormed the boards and posting was like fever pitch.. but you've (mostly all) settled in nicely with your quits, and well.. your post is evident that you are in a much more settled frame of mind than those early weeks/months.

so a huge well done to you
