Hey Guys, I am so glad to have made it to the 2nd week forum, I am so proud of myself.
Have had another good day today so far, have only had a couple of craving and they were just thoughts really. I seem to have more cravings during the evening than the day, might be where my patch is getting low on nicotine.
I hope I still feel this optimistic in the following days.
