day 10 and I feel like poo

have been in bed all day due to having glands the size of golf balls. Still haven't smoke, even if I wanted to, I couldn't to be honest. Can't believe I have reached day 10 without even a wee slip up, hope it continues

Sorry you are feeling a bit crappy, there are a lot of throat bugs going round in fact I started yesterday with a sore throat and like you today glands are up.

You are probably feeling worse as you are only 10 days along, but thats so good and imagine if you were smoking and had got it then you would be feeling worse, heres a little pressy for you and hope you are soon feeling better.

Its a stone for protection and to give you health xx

thanks everyone, went doctors and have a severe throat infection antibiotics for a week, sods law, give up smoking and end up like this lol. thanks for the token Jamangie, greatly appreciated

But 10 days is done & that i would say is worth a throat infection ....coz at least u know ure getting free of smoking & your bodies getting better xxxx

& on the plus side u wont feel like smoking either xxxx

very true Kitkat, and I haven't ate anything for 3 days either. Antibiotics should kick in today so I'll be back to the human dustbin that I have become tomorrow....thanks again for all of your kind words.
