:) It's not been so bad today. No migraine, or headache. Just spilt a cup of tea all over myself and I can cope. Can't concentrate to do my water colour painting course, but I can cope. I don't want to smoke, I DO want my mind back. Did your mind go on holiday, without you, when you quit? Has it returned yet? How long did it stay away?

Hi myzty day 4 brilliant ..glad headaches are going ...could have been the carbon monoxide leaving you ....My mind is always away on holiday.. lol:D ..sorry u just made me laugh .....Seriously i know exactly what you mean your head is in bits & you cant concentrate on anything properly ...that eases too before you realise & you will find it all falls into place ..infact you wont be waiting that long..

keep going x almost a week now that is something to feel good about x

Thanks for your encouragement. I will just wait around until my mind comes back. I do miss it though :D. I wouln't worry so much if it would just send me a postcard, :(
