Wow can hardly get my head around it but I'm here. Today I'm watching the london marathon and it's spurring me onto my goal of doing a marathon in a few years now I'm smoke free. As an asthmatic whilst I always knew smoking was bad for me I have had that drilled home majorly since giving up - no attacks in a month is literally unheard of for me. I've not been 100% health yet the years of smoking have taken their toll and will take a while to undo but I sure am on the road to recovery.
