Day 10 feeling good right now lol . We are getting a puppy on sat, a sister for max our other dog . Now this will be the test of all . but i look at it this way ,you cant put your life on hold just cause you have quit the weed ,on the plus side it will keep us occupied which will be good

There is nothing like puppy cuddles to make you feel good!

What breed are you getting? And you are right about keeping you busy,which is a good thing, We have two cocker spaniels aged 7yr and they both still keep me busy

Day 11 today . my throat is so sore and i am still bring up stuff from my chest but apart from that im feeling ok APART FROM FOOOOOOD LOLOLOLOL .Got to get that into check next week .Have a smoke free wkend and enjoy the sun .,And anybody on here that is running the marathon on sunday GOOD LUCK AND ENJOY

We have a male german shepard who is 17 months max is his name , and we pick up his sister who is 7weeks tomorrow, same mum and dad as maxs and her name is mizzie I cant walk them cause im disabled but it keeps OH fit

A 7 week old pup ,how lovely ,My niece has a German shepherd,he came to visit last year when he was only about 6 months,he was great but had these long legs he could not quite control ,He still has trouble with them now!!

I am on day 12 ,and cravings are not so bad,but i am having trouble sleeping,i am going to try taking my patch off at night as the morning craving is not as bad now, I have managed to keep conrol of the food by eating k bars ,the choc chip ones are really nice and satify the choc crave i sometimes get

Hi mini , yes it is now 5am my sleeping routine has gone to pot as well .I sleep on and off and not a deep sleep ,oh the joys of giving up the weed :rolleyes: i know it is worth it .i do feel better in my self .Day 11 for me today .

That is a good idea getting those bars of choc to eat .I went out last night and we had a indian , oh my god it tasted divine now my taste buds are in full flow like i said must cut down on the food .Have a good day

I have lost count of how many days i have quit , i said in the above post 11 days but its 12 days today :rolleyes:
