Hey Jans,

and i thought it was only me who felt like that!! the last couple ofdays i thought my g/f was going to kill me or leave me as i was very very iratable and moody, and snapped on more than one occasion.

I was having cravings but no more that usual,so dont really know what was up.

but then i look on the bright side i havn'tsmoken for 9 days now, its just the mental habit stuff that gets me.

But well done on getting this far, you've done so well

Baz

Keep on going

Well done "Jans" and everyone else, and beleive me it does get easier as you go on. One of the best things, that has helped me was this site and all the people who know how you feel, so when you are pissed off and need someone to talk to or if you feel an ache or pain that you cannot explain? talk and ask questions to the people in this sight. I was 35 years a smoker and before I stopped on 18th December 2009 I was smoking 30 a day. I am 55 yr old and before I stopped I could hardly walk up some stairs without gasping for breath, now I walk at least for 30 minutes a day and have joined my local gym where I do walking excersises twice a week, and I am feeling great. I know how hard it is to stop and stay stopped but after a period of time the urge to smoke will ease, and you will find it so easy , and it is brilliant when you can genuinly say that "you don't smoke".

Keep up the good work Jans and I will be watching how you are doing.
