I never ever thought I would really make it but I have and now I feel I can say that I'm done with this eval drug for good.
It's strange but I can't really picture myself with a death stick in my hand anymore.
I can quite happily now have a few drinks without the wanting of a ciggy.
I can breath quite normally after climbing a fight of stairs.
I can cuddle my son without him telling me I stink.
That is just a few of the things I can now happily do every day of life and for these things I am truly grateful.
I am also to grateful to all the wonderful people who helped me along with my journey in the early days,
Maddy110, Catwoman, Lindaspincer and a Massive shout out to TKDJohn. The Later days were Ace_Wisdom, Deke, Margareth, Mah, Stuarth and everyone else on this site who help make to make it a success.
OK I’ve ranted on long enough.
Have a great smoke free day and never doubt you decision to quit. It’s the best choice you’ll ever make folks
