So I finally reached 3 months today ... It has been a milestone for me as I gave up for 3 months before on lozenges and then started again so this will be my longest quit and my major milestone reached ...
then I got a phonecall this morning that a friend died last night ... I haven't smoked so that's one good thing.

Jodi I am so sorry to hear of your news and my heart goes out to you sweetheart, but Chrissie is right - a cigarette will not help at all.
