Hello All,
Never thought i would say this, but i have not had a cigarette for 4 weeks and 1 day!!
I actually can't believe i have made it this far...I do feel like i should tell the truth though...I was out on friday night for a hen do and got rather drunk, and forced one of my friends to let me have a puff on their cigarette to prove how much i don't want to smoke again, and it made me feel sick, and left a horrible taste in my mouth, but this only emphasises how much of a disgusting habit it is.
I hope everyone is ok, and enjoying the lovely weather as much as possible.
